You are welcome to register as a ClassZroom tutor.  Please see the full text of the Terms and Conditions of Service first.  After completing the registration, it means that you fully understand the relevant content and will abide by all terms.

Terms and Conditions of Service

You are welcome to register as a ClassZroom tutor. Please refer to the "Tutor's Handbook" for instructions. The following are the terms and rules that tutors must abide by when using the ClassZroom service platform and the services it provides.  By completing the tutor registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and rules.

  "ClassZroom" means the ClassZroom platform service.  This site can revise the consent form and use content at any time, and the revised terms will be posted on this ClassZroom platform.  The new revised terms will automatically take effect seven days after posting.  Therefore, instructors should regularly review the terms of ClassZroom for changes.  If you continue to use the services provided by the ClassZroom platform after any changes have been made to these terms, you accept and agree to such changes.

  1. Definition

  "Tutor/Parents and Students/ClassZroom Tripartite Relationship" The relationship between instructors and parents is a service cooperation relationship, which is only an independent cooperation contract, and there is no employment relationship; the instructor and this ClassZroom platform only exist as service providers and service users  There is no employment relationship between the two parties.  ClassZroom reserves the right to charge fees, and successful registration means that the instructor agrees to all terms.  "Tutor Registration" Instructors are registered on the ClassZroom service platform, which is no different from a physical contract in law.  "Deceptive conduct" refers to member tutors falsely reporting any information / defrauding / collaborating with students or parents to defraud.

2. Responsibilities of ClassZroom Service Platform

2.1 The role of ClassZroom is only as an service platform, and its responsibility is only to provide a service platform for tutors, parents or students to provide classroom services, during which is only an independent cooperation contract, and there is no employment relationship; tutors and ClassZroom also only exist as service providers and services. There is no employment relationship between the two parties. Therefore, the ClassZroom platform has the right to charge fees according to the "Tutor's Handbook" stipulated by the company and the tutor. Successful registration means that the tutor agrees to all the terms and conditions of services and the content of the agreement.  The contents of the "Tutor's Handbook" are equivalent to the usage between ClassZroom and the tutor, and any rules or instructions listed in ClassZroom are part of the membership terms, and ClassZroom tutors must also abide by them.

2.2 It does not guarantee the reasonableness of parents or students' requests for tutors.

ClassZroom expressly states that it has not conducted interviews or home visits with parents or students in advance, and that parents or students have legality and appropriate  Sexuality or other reasonableness and principles are not within the control of the ClassZroom platform.

2.3 Does not guarantee the life safety of the tutor ClassZroom platform expressly states that the tutor's life safety or other personal interests gain or lose, and it is not within the control of ClassZroom.  The ClassZroom platform does not accept or assume any legal responsibility between the tutor and the parent or student.

2.4 No guarantee for parents or students to use ClassZroom for a long time.

No guarantee for parents or students to use tutors for a long time. If tutors use the services of this site, they must evaluate their own risks or other personal interests.  All persons must be aware of the risks involved in dealing with persons under the legal age, persons who provide false reasons or who do not have the capacity to contract.

2.5 No Guarantee of Parent, Student or Tutor Identity ClassZroom cannot and will not confirm the definitive identity of each parent, student or tutor.  Therefore, you must be careful to guard against deception when accepting transactions with parents or students as indicated by ClassZroom.  ClassZroom is not responsible for any actions or omissions of any user.

2.6 Does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

ClassZroom cannot control the information provided by parents or students through this website. The relevant guarantee items have been listed in the fee description or service introduction. As mentioned above, the fee description has been incorporated into these terms of use.  and deemed to form part of the agreement.  Accordingly, ClassZroom does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by any person through the use of the Service.

2.7 ClassZroom is exempted from legal liability, if there is any dispute between parents or students and tutors or any disputes arising from the use of the service, all liabilities, claims, demands, compensation (substantial or indirect) related to or arising from such disputes  ), regardless of its nature, known or unknown, suspected or not, disclosed or undisclosed, ClassZroom shall not be liable for any relevant legal responsibility.

2.8 Expenses of ClassZroom

If ClassZroom responds to your request or an order given in any litigation in which you are involved (whether by subpoena or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, including complying with any disclosure decree or appearing in court to testify)  You shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred, including those incurred by ClassZroom in seeking legal or other professional advice or representations.  (In all such cases, all costs are calculated on the basis of actual losses)

2.9 ClassZroom will not be responsible for political orientation and teaching among tutors.

2.10 To exempt parents, students and tutors from the responsibility for injuries or accidents in the classroom. If you use the services of this site, you must evaluate the risks yourself, and ClassZroom is not responsible for the relevant legal responsibility.

3. Tutor registration

Tutor registration qualifications are 18 years old or above, those who have the mental and legal capacity to abide by the terms, and companies that have been approved by their charter, by-laws and company memorandum to sign a contract with the ClassZroom service platform can apply to become a tutor.  ClassZroom reserves the right to reject any person's application for membership or to terminate any person's mentorship without any explanation.  Persons who do not meet the above qualifications may not use the Services.

4. Provide services

4.1 Anyone who wants to use the services of ClassZroom as a tutor must first register as a tutor.

4.2 After passing the  interview, you can register as a tutor, provide ClassZroom with all the required information and fill in the online form, and press the "Confirm" button to become a ClassZroom tutor.  ClassZroom service platform reserves the right to reject any tutor's application without any explanation.

5. Administrative fees and fixed fees

5.1 Instructions for the deduction of administrative fees and fixed fees for tutors.

The deduction of administrative fees and fixed fees (“Administrative Fees and Fixed Fees”) is listed in the platform “Payment”, and the description of the deduction of fees has been incorporated into this clause and is deemed to form part of the terms.  ClassZroom service platform reserves the right to change the extraction methods and charges of administrative fees and fixed fees at any time, and the new administrative fees and fixed fees deduction methods and charges will take effect on a specified date (the effective date will be the date after the revised fee schedule is published on the ClassZroom service platform within seven days).  All users must check the relevant charges before each use of the service.

5.2 Currency Unless otherwise stated, all charges are in Hong Kong dollars.

5.3 All applicable taxes on other miscellaneous fees, as well as the tax situation derived from the income you use the ClassZroom service platform, are solely your responsibility.  The ClassZroom platform may add, delete or change some or all of its services at any time at its sole discretion.

6. The rights of ClassZroom service platform

6.1 The right to suspend or terminate the user's qualification

ClassZroom has the right to suspend or terminate the user's qualification without payment of compensation if it is found that the user has: (a) violated the conditions and terms set out in this term and conditions of service, or (b) by convicting,  Settlement, insurance or escrow investigation or otherwise to engage in deceptive conduct in connection with this ClassZroom.

6.2 The right to process the information provided by the user

ClassZroom has the absolute and unrestricted right to refuse or delete any information provided by the user without notice or compensation to any party.  Without prejudice to this right, if any information provided by the tutor is published or continues to be published, it will cause ClassZroom to bear any legal responsibility for the third party, or make ClassZroom violate any laws or rules of any valid jurisdiction or the rights of the third party, then ClassZroom has the right to refuse or modify any information provided.

6.3 Right to withdraw the provision of services ClassZroom has the absolute and unrestricted right to withdraw any conditions of service without giving any notice to the tutor or making any compensation.  Without derogation from this right, ClassZroom has the right to withdraw the service if: (a) the personal information provided by the tutor is highly likely to be incorrect; (b) the tutor is found to be in violation of the conditions and terms listed on this platform, or  Its account is suspended by ClassZroom in accordance with the terms of this platform; (c) ClassZroom cannot verify or verify any information provided by tutors or parents or students for any reason.

6.4 Right to refuse to provide services

ClassZroom reserves the right to stop providing services to any member and reserves the right to refuse any person's application to become a member or terminate any person's membership without any explanation.

6.5 The right to change the relevant fees

The fees for using the service are listed in the "Tutor's Handbook", and the fee description has been incorporated into these Terms and conditions of Service and is deemed to form a part of the agreement.  ClassZroom reserves the right to change these charges at any time.  All users must check the tutor's fee description before each use of the service

6.6 The right to add or delete the terms of use ClassZroom reserves all rights to add terms at any time without prior notice to members; members must read the terms and condition of service materials at any time to ensure that they are aware of the latest membership constraints.

7. Terms and Conditions of Tuition Intermediary Services

7.1 Basic Responsibilities of Tutors

If you, as a tutor, confirm that you have accepted a terms from ClassZroom, you must try your best to follow the instructions issued by ClassZroom, arrive on time and complete the class on time, and you cannot cut time without the consent of parents or students.  You agree to authorize this site to use your "registration information" for the purpose of publicity on this site, without being restricted by any law.  You also agree that this station displays "registered information" in part or in whole when necessary, without being restricted by any copyright laws and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.  You agree that you will not use any tool, software or program to interfere with the normal operation of the server of this site, and you will not intentionally or systematically overload the system of this site.  You may not spread any computer virus or destructive service platform to this site and all members of this site.  You agree that you will not be held accountable for any losses caused by the failure of the system of this site.  This site will try its best to maintain the reliability of the system and maintain good efficiency.  You may not use any of the services of this site for illegal or unethical behavior.

7.2 Responsibilities of tutors to provide correct information

If tutors fail to provide correct information, or the tutor case service is terminated due to failure to provide correct information, ClassZroom may refuse to provide services for them, and may also charge administrative fees arising therefrom.

7.3 Responsibilities arising from the withdrawal of the lesson by the tutor

After the lesson has been confirmed, if the tutor decides to cancel the provision of the course to the relevant parents or students, the tutor must not transfer the information of the parents or students to anyone.

7.4 The responsibility of the tutor for deceptive behavior

If the tutor is confirmed, or ClassZroom believes or finds that the tutor is likely to engage in any deceptive behavior in tandem with parents or students, including when the tutor is still providing relevant services to parents or students, either party to ClassZroom. If tutor wrongly reports that the service has been terminated, the ClassZroom service platform will immediately terminate the qualification of the relevant tutor and require the relevant person to pay all relevant fees (if applicable) within seven days; even if the parent or student decides to terminate the relevant service, the tutor will need to pay the administrative fee and the fixed fee (based on the maximum number of days of classes).  ClassZroom service platform will reserve all rights of criminal and civil investigation, and will not tolerate any deceptive behavior.

7.5 Private contact with students (by any means) is strictly prohibited. Private contact with students (by any means) is strictly prohibited, including tutors providing contact and tutors inducing students to provide contact.  Instructors must also remind students not to do this.  If there is any violation, the tutor will be charged the platform fee for the case and the account will be blocked immediately without further notice.  ClassZroom will automatically find out unusual behavior and follow up on all cancellations.  Once the tutor uses the platform service, it means that he agrees to this fee. Please use this platform in strict compliance with the "Tutor's Handbook".

7.6 The confirmation procedure must be completed in the platform and the parent orally confirming the tutoring time, and the confirmation procedure must be completed on the platform. If it is found that it has not been completed, the case fee will be automatically deducted.

7.7 Prohibition of Additional Charges

In addition to tuition fees, tutors are prohibited from charging parents additional charges.  This will violate the rules of use of the platform. If it is found or reported by parents, the account will be frozen immediately without notice.

8. No guarantee and investigation for wrongful acts

8.1 ClassZroom's responsibilities are listed in these Terms and Conditions of Service. ClassZroom makes no warranties or conditions, express or implied, except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Service.  ClassZroom cannot guarantee that the functions and services provided by ClassZroom will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that problems will be corrected or that ClassZroom or its servers will be free of viruses or other harmful elements.  ClassZroom does not warrant or make any representations about the user or the consequences of the user's use of this ClassZroom.

8.2 Responsibility for Providing Payment Mechanism The payment mechanism and auxiliary processing payment facilities provided to the user are for the convenience of the user only, and the ClassZroom service platform does not provide any express or implied guarantee for such facilities.  In no event shall ClassZroom be liable for any erroneous monthly statement from or due to any error and/or error and/or erroneous deduction or credit to the credit card account and any failure, malfunction, interruption, downtime, disturbance, miscalculation,  be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses suffered or incurred as a result of delays, inaccuracies, losses or data corruption or any other failure of the payment channel facilities.

8.3 In accordance with the regulations and laws governing the online industry/e-commerce (e-commerce) according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Internet commerce and other industries are bound and protected by the same laws.  Therefore, the online registration of the tutor is no different from the physical contract in law. The tutor falsely declares the information to register fraud / cheats with students or parents, it will be regarded as a criminal act; ClassZroom will never because the tutor is young or against the law Insufficient knowledge and no accountability.  The company will not tolerate such illegal behavior by the instructor. The IP of the instructor at the time of registration and the IP of each action in the future will also be recorded. ClassZroom will also record and backup the content of the conversation with the instructor when necessary.  Evidence with such information.

8.4 During the conversation between the staff of the company and the tutor, any part of the oral commitment can be regarded as a formal agreement or contract with legal effect, and the company may also record part or all of the conversation.

  8.5 You are responsible for your "registration data", and this site is only a passive data collection and transmission intermediary.  "Registration data" must be ethical, and must ensure that it does not violate any laws, does not contain violence, political orientation, pornography and foul language, and does not contain any content that violates privacy rights or is discriminatory.  If this site believes that your "registration information" will have a negative impact on any person or organization, this site will reserve the right to take legal action.  This site has the right to stop displaying your "registration information" to all authorized viewers (including themselves) and permanently delete your membership.

9. Charges

9.1 Charges for the use of the service ("Charges") are listed in the "Charge Model", and the description of the charges has been incorporated into these Terms of Service and is deemed to form part of the contract.  ClassZroom reserves the right to change the relevant fees at any time, and the new fees will take effect on the specified date (the effective date will be within seven days after the revised tutor fees are posted on the webpage).  All users must check the tutor's fee before each use of the service

9.2 Fee Mode

Parents must pay the classroom or administrative fees through other forms provided by this site. Please keep the receipt and take a photo or scan it, and contact the ClassZroom service platform staff by email to verify the teacher number. 

9.3 The tutor cannot provide classroom services for the student either before or after

ClassZroom provides the introduction and obtains the student's introduction or direct contact with the student through any other means.  In any case, if the tutor provides the same or similar classroom services to the student without notifying the company in writing, all the above fees shall be paid immediately.  Note: The student refers to the student and any student in his family or any student with the same address as the student. When you agree to and abide by this Terms of Service, it means that you can understand the content of this contract and have normal judgment  to make a decision.  If you do not agree with our company's rules, please do not register to use this service.  This site reserves the right to stop providing services to any member.

10. Other matters

10.1 The user shall not: (a) use any device, software or service platform to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of ClassZroom or any transaction carried out on ClassZroom; (b) conduct any act that would subject the infrastructure of this site to an unreasonable or disproportionately large  (c) disclose his password to a third party or use the same password with a third party or use his password for unauthorized purposes.

10.2 Compliance with Laws

All users must abide by all applicable laws, regulations, rules and codes when using the services of this site.

10.3 No agency relationship

Nothing in this document shall create or create any agency, partnership, associate, employee/employer or franchisee, franchisee contractor between ClassZroom and any person or company or other user of the site or services  relationship.

10.4 Notices Unless otherwise stated, all notices shall be sent by email or telephone, and in the case of users, if notices have been made through the email address provided by the user to ClassZroom upon registration or other email address designated by the user or through  If the service platform posts a notice, it has been deemed to have given a notice.  The ClassZroom service platform reserves the right to use various forms, including emails, mails and other communications. If you wish to no longer receive, you must notify us by email beforehand, and we will reply to you. If members need to receive them again in the future, they must notify ClassZroom by email again.  ClassZroom has the final interpretation right of this membership contract.

10.5 Integrity of ClassZroom

If you use the ClassZroom system or any program or server to leak or steal any information, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

10.6 The laws and judicial bodies under the jurisdiction of the Bank

  (a) These Terms and conditions of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  (b) For any legal action or lawsuit related to or arising out of the use of ClassZroom, any party concerned shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;  objection on grounds.

  (c) The above-mentioned willingness to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not affect the right of any other party to bring a lawsuit in any jurisdiction; and bringing a lawsuit in any jurisdiction does not mean that any other party cannot bring it in any jurisdiction. 

10.7 Privacy Policy Student users hereby acknowledge and agree that they will abide by the terms and conditions of the ClassZroom Privacy Policy as stated on this website and shall not disclose or use any other user without the prior written consent of the other user.  any personal data of the user.

10.8 Copyright Policy Student Users hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of the Copyright Policy described on this website and mobile application.

10.9 Third Party Links Student Users hereby acknowledge that the Mobile Application and Website may contain links and indicators to other websites, resources, and advertisers of the Mobile Application and Website.  Such links, and links from mobile applications and websites maintained by third parties, do not constitute an endorsement by ClassZroom of any affiliate of any third party website or content.  ClassZroom is not responsible for the availability of these third-party resources or their content.  ClassZroom has not reviewed any or all mobile applications, or links to mobile applications and websites, and will not be responsible for the content of any third party web pages or any other mobile applications or websites linked to the mobile application and website.  Student users connect to other third-party websites at their own risk.  By clicking on any such link, the student user acknowledges that the mobile application and this website have no control over such other mobile applications, websites in any way, nor the content contained in such other mobile applications or websites make any representations, and Student Users hereby withdraw any claims made against ClassZroom by such other sites.  In doubt about any external links to any mobile application, student users should ask their webmaster.  Effective Date These terms and conditions are effective as of: December 22, 2020
