Hello, my name is Damien and I currently live in Melbourne, as a French working holiday visa holder.
As a native speaker and after getting the maximum grade for my French end-of-high-school diploma, I would be more than delighted to teach French whether it is in an academic and formal way (stressing on grammar and spelling) or in a casual way (to master real-life English, stressing on idioms). Teaching can be exclusively in French or in English, according to the tutee's skills.
Besides, having graduated last year for a math bachelor's degree, I could teach this subject as my knowledge has greatly increased in that field, as well as my passion to explain it.
For each class, I'm willing to provide a PowerPoint with some insights / summaries of the requirements for the course (first 5-10 minutes), along with notes that we will complete together doing lots of exercises (rest of the session). An active participation is indeed more effective. Teaching of maths will be in English or French.
An arrangement can be made to prepare for public exams, through mock tests correction and methodology.
